Sparkledog, how did it go? I managed to narrow down that the science wolves are clones that are likely being made from somewhere in the UK, but no further.

WOLF SOURCES SUBDUED: 1/4
The source of the wolf clones has been eradicated. Th1s just leaves us with the space wolves, the light w0lves, and the mystery box wolves.
Spakledog, if you're still looking into the pagan folks, I was wondering if you could confirm if they're one of the sources of the wolves (maybe a rogue member?)
Volunteers required to 1nvestigate the space and mystery b0x wolves. The space wolves are probably easier. I suspect this 'Cameron' person of having something to do with the box wolves, but I'm going to have to limit my investigations th1s week while I rec0ver from a nasty accident D:

OKAY SO basically your guess looks pretty spot-on. I caaaarefully asked them if they were, you know, the bad guys, and they said they totally aren't, which is nice. It turns out some skeevy dude called Derek Blake talked his way into the group a few years ago. And everyone was nice and taught him wolf magic. And then he stormed off in a huff because the group was too small-scale and he hadn't achieved "ultimate power" or whatever. Seems pretty clear that this guy is abusing the skill my friends shared with him on his own somewhere. Obvs since he's a grumpy selfish jerk we can't trust anything he said, but apparently when he first showed up he claimed to be from a town called Edale (which google maps says is in the peak district national park, near Sheffield). I guess that's the only lead we have right now. Anyone from up North want to meet me in the middle and investigate together? For safety and stuff? I mean it looks like he's way more powerful with wolf magic than anyone in my coven so I'm probably not going to be much use if he has like a mega wolf beam attack or something, but whatever. |
