Oh also just to be clear, my friends are totally not evil and I hope nobody (or nobody here, at least) is going to be mean to them just for using wolf magic and everything. They totally told this Derek guy that he wanted to take things way too far (which drains your life force and stuff) and it's his fault that he didn't listen!

THREAD UPDATE WOLF SOURCES SUBDUED: 1/4 Spakledog, if you're still looking into the pagan folks, I was wondering if you could confirm if they're one of the sources of the wolves (maybe a rogue member?) OKAY SO basically your guess looks pretty spot-on. I caaaarefully asked them if they were, you know, the bad guys, and they said they totally aren't, which is nice. It turns out some skeevy dude called Derek Blake talked his way into the group a few years ago. And everyone was nice and taught him wolf magic. And then he stormed off in a huff because the group was too small-scale and he hadn't achieved "ultimate power" or whatever. Seems pretty clear that this guy is abusing the skill my friends shared with him on his own somewhere. Obvs since he's a grumpy selfish jerk we can't trust anything he said, but apparently when he first showed up he claimed to be from a town called Edale (which google maps says is in the peak district national park, near Sheffield). I guess that's the only lead we have right now. Anyone from up North want to meet me in the middle and investigate together? For safety and stuff? I mean it looks like he's way more powerful with wolf magic than anyone in my coven so I'm probably not going to be much use if he has like a mega wolf beam attack or something, but whatever. Sparkledog, thank you so much! This is great news. This Derek Blake sounds like some SSS-rank asshat. Let's take him down! A word of caution though: I don't trust that these forums are free of those that would support him, so I'd suggest planning anything by e-mail instead. I'm based in the midlands so I could travel up to meet you....providing I've found a way to recover from my accident. So long as I'm fighting with my friends nothing is gonna take me down. *especially* some evil wolf wizard. Suggest that those are able to assist here assist, otherwise investigate the space wolves / box wolves. I intend to focus on the space wolves if I can't make it out to help. |

So lot's of people seem to be saying that most of the wolves aren't from God. I think Jamie and Elder White were right about some of them, but it seems like all of you are also right too? Which makes sense now that I think about it. Looking back I don't think I doubted any of what any of you were saying.
Anyway, now that Benny's been exorcised it seems like God's work is probably stopping all the people who are playing God. Yami, since you seem to be organising this, could you point me toward whichever group you think could use my help?

There was a mention in the news of a 'prophecy' which the French tenders of the stones of Carnac left. Does anyone know more about this?

I'm really sorry, I wasn't trying to be creepy and I can't remember any disagreements, but there must have been and I didn't notice? I don't think your wolf magic is evil, or no-one's said it is, so I wouldn't want to burn you at the stake for it. Every life is sacred and it would be a sin to take yours. I promise I'll try my best not to do anything to scare you when we meet in person. |

I don't know if you want me to go to the peak district. Looks like you have some ppl. What so you think? I do have my quad bike that I stole from the forestry commission plantation where I work I use it at work anyway and I don't think they've noticed because society's broken down and I'll return it anyway when this is all done or well all die of wolf. So I can avoid all the carcasses and travel cross country if need be .
Or cos theirs enough peolle I could hang around London I need to look for my cats anyway. I could ask the royal observatory or a university to look into the space wolves? Like how do I contact space scientists? Should I do that? I don't know anything about space but I know how to ask I guess

Okay so here's my plan. Yasmin, Pumpernickel, Yami if you're feeling okay and Mr Believer, you're all welcome to join me or make suggestions and stuff.
The only lead on this Derek guy is he said he was from Edale. If that was a lie, we've got nothing. If it's true, there's a few things we can do. First up, the village only has about 350 people in it (and probably less now, post-Drop). We should just be able to ask people if they know him, or knew him when he was growing up. We might even be able to find his mum or his uncle or something. (And then maybe they can help convince him he's a very naughty boy, because idk if we're gonna have to punch him or something otherwise).
I checked Google maps of the nearby area, and there's a bunch of places where an evil wizard might make his lair. There's a couple of big hills south of the village called "Mam Tor" and "Dark Peak" if he needs to stand somewhere high up for dramatic purposes. Also if he's the massive edgelord we think he is, he might be attracted to the second one because of the name. There's also a whole bunch of caves - old mines - nearby: Blue John Cavern, Speedwell Cavern, and Peak Cavern. It sounds like the caves are pretty big so they'd be a good place for an evil lair. I wouldn't be surprised if the people from the nearby villages are living there now, either, so they might be a good place to ask around if we find Edale itself deserted. Lastly there's a nearby town with a castle called Castleton. Evil wizards also like castles.
Does anyone have a driving license? Should we meet up in Sheffield and rent a car or something? These places are fairly far apart and walking around in the open is not a great idea.
PS you'll be able to recognise me because I'll be wearing my badassest wolf witch outfit so he knows we meed business, to intimidate him and stuff.
